I feel that I'm at about -5 right now (physically +5), because I see people submitting angry, bigoted posts all over this website, and then complaining when someone else disagrees with what was said. This makes me feel very sad.

There is no need scoring it any lower. I am, with the exception of my marital situation, in good health and can finally do all the things to a degree I enjoy. I am already in the healing process. I feel very lonely and I certainly have days of sadness and anger, but I am a different man now who knows about his inner strength and doesn't deny it.

When I also see people on here who feel absolutely miserable, then I definitely need to be a good example and choose the path of positivity rather than destructive negativity...

Not having any love for Trump supporters doesn't automatically mean hate for Trump supporters. I haven't slept in 24 hours and I'm giddy from jetlag but I had an extremely wonderful day and night!

I hope things are starting to feel more positive regarding your grandmother. I lost my father to cancer and I absolutely despise it like an enemy. (I like to say we have a hate-hate relationship).

I know the anguish than can be felt even when it's only a possibility, so I hope there is very good news coming her way. In the meantime just let her know how much she's loved.

I don't share your political agenda and I, quite frankly, don't understand how anyone who has a conscious can support Trump, but I certainly won't fight you about it. i agree that the haven shouldn't be the forum for political debate, but if someone absolutely has to vent, then this is probably the most appropriate place on WP to do it.
