+7

I scored a 20-year old 6-meter transceiver with an integral antenna tuner for under $200, and it works perfectly in all modes!

I wrote an app over lunch, and used it to cut the time it takes to test a difficult piece of hardware by over 80%!

They put me back on the personnel selection committee after a two-year hiatus (and after a couple of "mistakes" had to be let go for various behavioral problems).

But, I still have to figure out what to cook for supper, so it's not a perfect 10.

Nope!

Spaghetti with marinara sauce and langanisa meatballs!

+9.5, but only because I have to cook it myself!

It's been cold and rainy in my area these days. I always feel down during these times.

Even though I don't know you very well, I've read many of your posts of you wanting to something drastic to yourself because of your feelings of depression and anxiety.

Please do not give in to such feelings. You are a good person and if you do something drastic to yourself, people who look down upon you will see it as a victory for themselves.

I don't want my enemies and detractors to celebrate. That is partly why I haven't committed suicide but the struggles I go through daily still overwhelm me. People tell me not to be desperate for a girlfriend and while I know my rumination doesn't help, it still doesn't change the fact I am alone throughout the day.

Please do not be so hard on yourself. There are many people who do care about you and for all we know, there could be a girl out there who feels the same way as you; meaning that she feels that she could remain alone for the rest of her days just like you.

I do often wonder that. One thing that I wish society would do away with is gender roles because I don't see why women can't make the first move.

- 5. Conversation brought too much for me to handle without crying in front of one of my closest friends.

I am lonely and I will most likely stay that way until I go to bed. I feel like the days reflect how my life will go. My life is in its afternoon. :(
