I’m using some stuff from store but my right arm seems to be getting worse.
I’m going try to make an appointment for Friday as it’s the only weekday I have off.

Yikes, you weren’t kidding sly279! Glad you got an appointment. Going to urgent care sucks.

Make sure to cover that arm, Sly, when you're outside or at work.

I would have gone to Urgent Care the SAME DAY....even if it's a decent wait. That would have started the process faster.

Over-the-counter items are over-the-counter for a good reason: they are not strong enough to require a prescription.

It can cause loss of hair if it get to the scalp...if not treated.

It's one of those things, like impetigo, which is not serious....but which cause people to be alarmed.

I'm really not an "alarmist" kind of guy. I've left things untreated for a long time.

Ringworm is also highly contagious, which is why it's such a big deal when it's present at places like animal shelters (and it can spread between animals and humans). That's another reason to try to get it treated quickly.

You are right dragonsanddemons, it is highly contagious & it does spread like wildfire. No dispute there.

Dollar store anti fungal cream. Clean everything with a 10 part water, one part bleach solution. Smaller items that can’t be cleaned with the bleach solution can be put in a freezer to kill the fungus.

Sorry about that. I didn't sleep that great, either.

I hope things get better for you after an inauspicious start to the day.

Problem is I work 5-9
Urgent care is open 5-8.

How about last Sunday or Saturday?

I never heard of Urgent Care only being open for three hours.

I shouldn't be so insistent....but I believe you should really seek to get rid of it.

Oh my gosh, Sly! 8O
You said your right arm is getting worse. Does that mean it's also on your left arm? That certainly can't be comfortable and yes it's very contagious! I'm glad you have an appointment! Get well soon! ((hugs))
