What do I do?

go for a walk or run. or pound a pillow. or get in the car where no one can hear you and scream (but not so long you lose your voice). write a nasty letter and rip it up without sending it. use the angry energy to make a plan to better your life. just don't hurt yourself or anyone else.

two of my sisters had more complicated anger coping.

one knocked all the stuff off her shelves (onto carpet - stuff didn't break) and used the angry energy to pick up and reorganize her stuff. you could use the energy to do some cleaning. she used to yell where i was the only one who could hear her, "i didn't ask to be born." (we both had our rooms in the attic.)

my other sister bought used dishes to smash in her driveway. (then, after feeling better, swept them up.)

i tend to stim when i get angry, but i also don't tend to stay upset for long.

anger is mostly energy. try to use it for good. if that doesn't seem like an option, diffuse it safely.

Before I went to bed tonight, I went on a rant. My mom picked up the first of it .
Of course, she didn't give a care.
She just left.

I still went in yelling what I thought I needed to say.
I'm ready to just leave here (their house).
I have about a week and a half or two weeks to go, but I feel like I'm going ballistic.

-9.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if my parents would be surprised to find out that I even bother to get up to go to the bathroom when they aren't home. I dread to think what life would be like for all of us if I was actually even one-tenth as lazy and nonchalant as they think I am.

Still struggling with an excess of passive suicidal thoughts, too, and also now a renewed urge to make myself bleed.

just exactly what you don't need - folks who should be supporting you and thinking the best of you who are undermining and thinking the worst of you. you're a kind person. you definitely don't deserve that.
