Unrelatedly while I am all for fitness unless society's attitude towards competitive group physical activities (.i.e. sports) changes stuff like this opinion will still be common:

gundry is a quack shilling books and expensive supplements. i'm sorry to say i bought one of his books because a friend (who has been taken in by fad diets before) swears by him.

People think I am an incel just because I am sad that I don't have a girlfriend. :( I don't hate women, I just hate how the gender roles in the culture I live in force men to always make the first move as well as be an aggressive and confrontational robot if he wants to have a relationship.
