-10 to -7 and a little higher sometimes

I'm obsessing over a situation with a light.
Thinking about my son
and other things.

Why is life so hard for me?
Why can't I just accept positive reinforcement and do it easily?

I guess people can't tell me that and expect me to do it. I'll have to learn, I guess.

3. I made the decision to never talk to my online "friend" again since i'm tired of him randomly stopping talking to me. I wish i never met or talked with him in the first place. Being alone is better than having these kinds of s**t friends.
