Most Aspies say they feel comfortable w/the internet. No eye contact, no real-time distractions. The trade-off is internet anonymity. Cowards hiding behind a username to say and do things they would (most-of-the-time) never do in real time. I personally don't feel comfortable online or real-time. I don't feel comfortable w/Aspies or NT's. Society as a whole is a caustic, dog-eat-dog game. I think technology has added to this as so many people are online doing something or texting, playing video-games ALL THE TIME instead of real-time connecting and SLOWING DOWN. Our culture is built on speed. That makes for a lot of impersonal, impatient people. So pick your poison. Online or off line, but don't stop making a difference. It helps you and those your helping not to be sheep. And the last time I checked, you weren't asking for pity. Point taken, "Kalister 1"?
