My IQ is 154. I can't drive and to be honest, I still feel as though I'm more adept than most people out there. Hell, I know I am!

There ain't nothing wrong with admitting that, Bells. We deserve this space to be honest about the things that most people would laugh at us or hate us for saying.

I may have trouble with navigating this dimension, but I sure as hell wouldn't trade that for trouble navigating my mind. :)

a 3 gig memory
 "a" "gig" - RAM would be quicker to say, GB is quicker to type than gig.,

Why does everyone call directories on the hard disk "folders" - they're directories. I've never seen a folder in a folder in real life. But I have seen files in one folder in a cabinet. But no more folders inside MORE folders...

Wow, that's pretty anal, Keith. I am now curious about what aspie-quiz score you get. :P

I think in a way it really sucks having a 120-130 IQ (if we must use this biased measure of intelligence). Because you're intelligent enough to understand there is greater complexity and deeper understandings out there, but you're not intelligent enough to comprehend them properly.

Is that really how they feel? I don't know if they really think about it.

This is how I feel; I'd estimate my IQ to be between 120-130 according to my school results and other things (although I was tested at age 12 on the Weisner-? scale I think it was and my IQ was listed between 97-99, but I am fairly certain this is inaccurate due to my consistent scoring within the top 3 percentile of the state). I guess I can't really speak for others though, I'll give you that.

I'm sorry I upset you, I didn't mean to, I guess I've hardly ever found people with a slightly lower (but still intellectual) IQ assume I'm less intelligent. Although, very occasionally someone assumes I'm mentally ret*d because they have no real understanding of what Aspergers is.

I do feel a little like that too

Hey, I definitely know what you're talking about. These people with just above ret*d I.Q.s, which I identify to be at the 120 mark, are some of my "favorite" people. They think that since they're smarter than construction workers, this immediately allows them to compete with Nobel laureates and computer scientists.

My brother's friend happens to be such a person. Since he has a small bookshelf full of sci-fi books (among others) and majored in political science (so intimidating!), he thinks he can respond to my non-obvious and non-conventional remarks in an overconfident and trying-to-falsify tone. He fails miserably and always gets put in his place. :D

There is hardly peoples on the 120-130 that I know (I hardly frequent peoples in real life.) , except maybe for one of my brothers and he's quite mature. So I don't know much about that and if I'm one of them.
On internet I'm frequently around peoples who are over 130, IQ wise (Or at least should be.), they generally quite interesting and I don't know how to say... Alive...

NTs who use their heads, might be the next wave, in evolution. I hope that it is, because a lot less of us, would be getting hurt by loved ones.
