TheKing, your sympathies are much appreciated. sounds like you do have an understanding if someone you care about also committed suicide. thank you for offering to talk to me, that means a lot.

i know how hard it can be i had to take 2 weeks off of school and i still cry about it today when im reminded of it by random things so i just want you to know that im here, your a very important part of this community and i hate seeing any member of my family sad and i see our community as one big family, we may fight and argue(mainly about politics and religion) but in the end we are all there for each other, and thats more than i can say about my real family

sorry bout that got a little passionate at the end but im just trying to do my best to emphasize that we are here for you whenever you need someone especially at a time like this the anniversary of the death of a loved one, especially a parent, is always a trying time

Anniversaries are usually difficult, hyper. I think they represent another level of realization of the permanency of the loss - but I also think they represent another level of healing. I just want to remind you how far you've come in the last year, and to assure you that you'll keep moving forward. People respond to tragedies in so many ways - I'm very proud of you for being able to make so many positive changes in your life in the past year.

On a much lighter note, I wish you and your honeyman the best as you begin your adventure together across the pond.

thank you so much, HopeGrows. i have tried very hard to accomplish what i could in the last year. i couldn't truly help my mother while she was alive (though i tried) and i made a conscious decision not to let her death destroy me. i turned my regrets into an action plan for changing my own life, i suppose.

TheKing, i understand exactly what you mean! don't worry about getting passionate on my thread! i am enthusiastic about WP too, and honestly people here helped me so much in my lowest points.

Well sorry if I sound insensitive, being a near emotionless freak it's hard to empathise, only things that I can relate to sadly . :P

And I don't blame you for giving up on video games you could be suffering the effects of end of life cycle console fatigue :) * I think we've all been their, I think we are heading into a dark storm every game is starting to feel like a similar difference, a creative ennui me thinks

basically I'm saying WW games lose their appeal after a while :P

Though their are a few gems like Kane and Lynch 2 ( not sure why it cops so much flack,) Bayonetta and Vanquish are stand outs , what I like most about these games is they give a 2 finger salute to the poo faced to serious games developers (I blame Hollywood)

*And it's coming soon my guess X box 720 in late 2012 early 2013 ( of cause they will keep their cards close to their chest) which is a shame I'd still be a Sony fan if they didn't botch their little experiment.

TheKing, are you the guy with long hair or short hair? the video is great! your friend is quite awesome on the guitar, wow!

aussiebloke, i didn't think you were insensitive. you told me what you could relate to, and that was cool. i got another med added today - Seroquel/quetiapine. never tried it before.

(((hugs))) and my condolences hyper, this thread got me to thinking about an eerily similar situation I went through in June of this year. I think I should make a thread on that, will do so tomorrow.

Anyway, I think you are doing great and taking things well.

im always telling Drew he could be famous if he could meet the right people for his guitar
