I need a hug and I need a fight all at the same time. I'm a f**** mess, and I feel like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders.

I can relate to this feeling so strongly!
(((Hugs)))
Get a punch bag, it helps, sometimes.

I have been looking at punch bags on Amazon. I really need to go running again, that usually puts my head straight, but I just don't get any time.

I don't want to go out robbing stuff, I'm too old to be getting arrested and it's for too time consuming. It wasn't too bad when I was a kid, but there's too much at stake now.

My head feels so full though, that I feel as though I'm gonna blow any minute.

I'm actually laughing as I right this, that's how f****d up I am. I should be f*****g crying.

How do emotions work anyway?

Going for a run is a great way to work that out. Actually I need to run as well. It always so quickly and painfully gets me to a state of tired-in-a-good-way, and oxygenated too.
Be safe choosing where you run.

Thanks, I have a couple of routes I usually choose, I'm actually planning on doing just a couple of miles a morning. I might be able to fit that in to my routine.

Thank you everyone.

I promise to not do anything silly, or foolish.

You seemed much happier before you got this new job. Are you sure it is a right place for you, it sounds a bit too hectic for an autistic person.

you need to get rid of the stress and the first thing is to identify what is causing it. You can do this!!

Well that has crossed my mind funnily enough. The thing is though, is that I seem to be ok when I go to work. I look forward to going and I do get on well with people there.

I've done this type of work on and off in my life. It can have a negative affect sometimes. I think it's because I'm fighting all day long and it can get frustrating.

I will bare what you have said in mind. But I am aware of this. Thanks LP.

I'm actually not too bad. I seemed to have turned round a positive corner today. I went to work and I sat within a group of people today.

I usually have to sit on my own because I get too easily distracted, but today I tried harder to concentrate and I did well. (I did get a bit silly half way through though  )

And then on my way home I found 20 quid on the floor, so we'll have takeaway tonight.

So I reckon it's a good end to a shite week, and a good start to a new year.

Hope you are well. :D
