My Cheynee is weird. She splashes water all over herself and likes to be held in the shower.

Her brother Bastet is a bit more normal. He just loves cuddles.

Both tolerate having their claws clipped too (I can literally walk over to Cheynee if she's chilling out and clip her claws without her batting an eyelid. Bastet is a bit more of a struggle but he does it).

I'm glad this thread is about a cat getting a bath.

I remember after bathing my very reluctant black cat, it sat in a wheelbarrow full of clothing scraps and thoroughly licked itself all over.

It's so sad when they can't understand that what we do is for their own good. I have to clean my cat's ears out and she hates it and wiggles and squirms until she gets away. But she's so good, she doesn't try to bite or claw me.

Cats get lonesome too and worried, not just dogs. They know your routine, so if you have to leave the house at an unusual (for you) time or stay away longer, when you get home they're looking out the window, wondering. And they act so happy. I figure mine always thinks she'll never see me again :(

odd. If a cat has itchy ears, they try to get me to scratch inside them for them.

When my cat has itchy ears sometimes he tries to have me scratch them for him, or he'll have the tail-less black one lick and clean them or whatever(seems that helps the itching so whatever). I swear that cat never even has to wash his face because that little black cat insists on doing it for him...And he is a big grey cat but yeah this kitten was introduced when he was already full grown and after a while they started getting along really well.
