137lbs on a 5 foot 10 frame seems quite underweight to me; your BMI (body mass index) is 19.7, and technically having a BMI of under 18.5 is underweight, and you are almost there.

You are beautiful, and your body is also beautiful, though it is very thin. I want you to be healthy.

Also, a BMI over 25 is considere overweigt. So a "healthy" BMI should fall within the range of 18.5-25. You're already on the low end.
The only caveat with BMI is that if you are a professional athlete or do a lot of strenuous muscle-building activity for a hobby, the BMI can get inaccurate. BMI is a ratio of weight to height. The more accurate test is a body composition analysis. They run a weak electric current through your body to see the resistance on the current and caluculate percentage of fat based on that. My work offered one at a recent health fair, so I got it done - I think my gym offers it as well. The point is, I got it done.
Since I am not atheletic, my body composition is more or less in line with my BMI. You don't look terribly muscular, so BMI would be an accurate tool for you as well. If you do get into weight lifting in the future, you may want to consider body composition analysis in the future.
Either way, you shouldn't strive for an 18.5 BMI. As long as you're under 25, you're not overweight.
