You must have a great deal of strength to have survived so many traumas Graelwyn. It must also have taken much courage to share all of this with us. My respect for you is greatly increased though I can barely even begin to imagine such concentrated and sustained misery and suffering.

For what it's worth, I'm really, really glad you're surviving Graelwyn.

Wrote some more stuff here, but it all kind of sounds trite. Just keep hanging in there!

1) What has my age got to do with his calling Larsen 'lad'?
2) I am now somewhat annoyed with you. Age has nothing to do with friendship. Age, in fact, is just a number. I find it sad when age plays such an important role to some.

I know others have gone through far worse and survived. I only wish I had not been so badly affected and retained what I was before it all, but the way I try to see it is that I can at least use my experiences to understand the suffering of others and offer advice.

Usually, when someone says 'lad', it's usually because the sayer is older than the sayee (in other words, how old actually is larsenjw92286? It's also that he's saying it like it's of a different generation). And age can be a problem in a relationship when you talk about generational barriers, though I don't think you have that as a problem, regarding Flagg or me. Unless you think so.

Graelwyn, I think you're awesome.
I read your posts a lot but I rarely commented anywhere because I couldn't think of anything to say.
I think you're a great writer and photographer. You have come so far with so many obstacles. I wish you many warm fuzzies. :)

Great merciful God and the compassionate Buddha.

That's a hell of a life story, and I mean that quite literally.

Wow.

I have my own stories of parental abuse and tween years meltdowns but, wow.

You have endured so much and come so far to get away from that. I admire your courage and strength. Keep moving forward.

You need a hug, but my arms aren't long enough to reach you from here.

Good luck,

Ikari Gendo

Thankyou... and hey, arms can be as long as you want in cyberspace. I think everyone has their own story to tell, and their own things to survive and overcome...tho in my darker moments, I tend to ask why me and when will it stop? I just guess I share mine because I know it always offered me some solace when I knew that others had the same issues but were relatively intact. It sounds bad doesn't it...I mean, you don't want anyone else to suffer the same, yet, it is a comfort to know you haven't been the only one. :?

i would say more but my anger would betray me
i admire you greatly
to keep going forward when the world feels like its pushing against you
your an amazing person
good luck :)

You know...now that you say that, I'm not really sure what they actually are either :D

I wonder if that's just an American expression, since it sounds like you haven't heard it? I guess it just means warm, nice feelings. Like I might say I feel warm and fuzzy when I'm super content, or feeling love for my puppy, or things like that.

That's totally understandable!
