It’s not a hospital. It’s an “infusion center.” They take in one patient at a time.

She’s 85 years old. She probably needs the infusions to stay alive.

I never knew there was such a thing as "infusion therapy"! Looked it up. I always thought it referred only to a type of tea or similar method of extracting liquid from a plant.

Keep well everyone. Be strong.

Here is a link to all our Health Ministry guidelines, how to protect yourself in prevention and when infected. It's pretty comprehensive. Hope it is useful

It’s very similar in NYC, except public transportation is not as limited.

Quite frankly it should be. We don't have any public transport running for 3 weeks - no planes, trains, buses or taxis. They decided on a strict lockdown in an effort to prevent cases multiplying too much.

That was too early to be COVID19 unless you were in China.

The doctors and nurses and other essential people rely on subway in newyork though.
They should restrict it to just those people though.

Some idiot in Boston licked something on the inside of the orange commuter rail train, and they had to shut it down.

The NHS here has a coronavirus symptom checking website that leads to advice:

https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19/

I’m posting it here so that anyone who is concerned they may have it can (hopefully) access it, go through the questionnaire and then translate the advice to fit their own countries healthcare system.

(Found it earlier today to help sister-in-law, who has all the mild level symptoms)

Edit: just had it brought to my attention that you need a UK postcode to make this work: HD4 6NN is the postcode of the street I lived on a decade ago.

Eeewww!

Some moron posted a video of himself licking deodorant in the grocery store. He got arrested.

I hear people like this are being called "covidiots."

Maybe I got it from someone who had been in China. But I seriously doubt it.

Hope you are feeling better.

She will take a cab for her infusion tomorrow.

I can’t take her. A doctor has told me to self-isolate.

How are you feeling today, any relief?

I’m feeling all right.

Just irritated, like anyone else, about this whole crap.

Thanks for asking.

Well we have all been told to wear masks here. Bit late if you ask me. I don't get to go out so it's not relevant for me though I do wear one anyway when I throw out my rubbish. It's going to be the weirdest Passover since the parting of the Red Sea, which is now becoming more credible every moment, plus the Plagues of Egypt. We cannot be together at Passover  Unthinkable.
