I was called mentally ill for the first time by my dad when I was 8 and annoyed him.

I remember being upset about stuff my father said about me, but I can't remember a single one due to the fact I was so young and blanked it out.

When I was 11 my dad told me my mother had a mental problem and that he would be glad when I was 18 and could go live wherever I wanted, in a dorm, my own place, with him, whatever. My mother was shocked and angry and hurt that I didn't stick up for her when she heard he'd told me that.

I have been called fat, ugly (both of which are true), stupid, dumb, never will do anything useful in life. The problem with this is that its all true. I AM stupid, fat, ugly, and brain dead. I was born without a brain. I have an IQ of -50. Real smart, huh?

I have been called a person and a human.

I'm sure you don't have an IQ of -50, and in order to type such good sentences, you must have a pretty good IQ. Don't let anybody feed you that crap!

After learning how IQ tests are administered I can say with conviction that IQ tests are a crock of crap anyway. Don't let those define you.

It's doubtful that you're brain dead with an IQ of -50. Don't believe any of this bs!! It's a total crock!! You're too good to believe this crap because you are intelligent!!

As for IQ tests, they aren't accurate in measuring a person's true intelligence. (Could a 'number' be assigned to an individual, based on a test score, which accurately measures a person's creative abilities and use of imagination? I don't think so!!) IQ tests are just a way to 'pigeon hole' people into believing that a 'number' is what makes or breaks them... just like other 'numbers' overemphasized by society: body weight, clothes sizes, annual earnings and other superficial means used to categorize and label people....

My mother couldn't seem to make up her mind: she, and most of the folks I knew up until age 25 thought I was a lesbian. (I had a child at 19 btw) I had a whore phase for a few years (25-29) and then those names started too..
It wasn't until I got married the second time that mom finally had to admit I am straight.
At work, the other clerks think I am a complete idiot and love to call me that, sometimes to my face. One isn't smart enough to figure out that quiet is deadly, and that her career as an asipiring supervisor is over before it began.

My dad said, when I started skipping school in grade 12 for the second time, that he hated to compare but then he compared me to my cousin and how well she was doing compared to me, and how he was so bummed out and worried about me and he regretted how much he spent on my education and how the most that could be said for me is living on welfare in a seedy apartment in a seedy neighborhood.


He knew nothing of my plans.

'you're the two-faced fanny-licking four flush and sack of s**t of 1997!'- a girl in my street, two years my senior and when i was nine. can't remember what the dispute was now, but it was like her and a few cronies versus me and my mate.

'you. are. an. idiot!!'- my lovely primary school teacher. admittedly i was arsing about but she always had it in for me and had only entered the teaching profession to indulge her sadistic whims towards children. for instance, another time, i was reading this library book to her and when i faltered, she spat 'for goodness' sake, go and get another book! that's far too hard for you.'

my dad when i was ... under ten, i'd say: 'just [can't recall what i was doing strangely] like any normal person!' i think this was probably the first in the succession.

some people on this board have called me insensitivve and a sociopath

I've been called hideous, and told by someone that he couldn't afford to be seen with me in public, repeatedly.

I've been told I could be normal if I just tried. That stung a lot.

When I was hanging out once with my now ex boyfriend, some person came up to him and told him nice job, apparently refering to me.

The last two aren't really insults, but they were rather hurtful, all the same.

This kid in grade 8 called me a fat wh*** and he was bigger then I was!

most nasty thing someone has said about me is that i'm a whore & sleep with everyone (which i don't i'm a virgin)
