Actually , humans didn't evolve from monkeys. Humanoids , apes and monkeys share common ancestors but they have been evolving in parallel over millions of years.

Thank you for clarifying.

(I'm not being sarcastic; the idea that we evolved from monkeys, rather than from a common ancestor, is one of many evolution misconceptions that drive me nuts. You just saved me the trouble of feeling like I had to say it.) :D

how dare they exhibit monkeys who are liable to such appalling behavior.

That'd be awesome if lawsuits actually caused a zoo to put up warning signs, like: "caution: our exhibits are living creatures and thereby prone to engaging in sexually explicit acts. ...especially the monkeys."

Another inappropriate comment: "So that's what it sounds like when a woman orgasms..." (Imagine an old lady hearing you say that! lol)

almost off topic, but similarly toe curling
today in the coffee shop, an oldish (60's?) respectable looking, well dressed couple were french kissing each others faces off (to the point where they then had to wipe the saliva up with napkins). 8O
They were almost groping as well :pale:

I had to have my coffee outside (despite the freezing cold). I wanted to complain, or shout "stop it".- it was going on for far too long.......
My normally very straitlaced mother claimed I should have pretended to film them and shouted "YOU TUBE".

How would you/should you deal with this kind of thing?

LOL, and if that doesn't work just tell em to get a room, they'll probably be embarrassed and stop it.
