I got my paycheck yesterday and made $159! I'm not as broke as I used to be.

At sunrise this morning I heard a song on the radio in my truck and suddenly I felt like I cared about stuff, but wasn't unduly worried. This hasn't happened in recent memory, so it is amazing.

I'm doing well. I've got a job interview on Monday. My friend is staying over this weekend and I might go clubbing. Get to meet up with poetry group hopefully next Weds. Thinking of playing some songs at the next open mic night. Flamenco version of the Tetris theme, Lou Reed's Kicks and a guitar instrumental I'm in the process of writing at the moment. I've got a month to practice, so I might squeeze another song in (might even add some lyrics or get my friend to). I haven't played guitar like this in ages and I'm surprised how quickly I've picked it up again.

reflecting back on the week. i can see now why my comrades are so keen on getting all our members on to uni campus'. we made so many contacts and talked to so many left wing people and we got a new member and a couple of others i believe will join. it was brilliant. and free stuff. one of the contacts went to my highschool and probably knows my sister. my worlds are getting closer together. it was a wonderful week but so exhausting. i wish we still could use the banner we were using when we were part of the international socialist organisation. it read: "we are the people your parents warned you about". one of our older comrades made it. i thought it was funny because my parents did warn me about the communists and the femminists and the gays when i started uni and i found them anyway. many good things happened this week. i cant wait till next year.

Well, that was a lot worse than I thought it would be. Done now, so time for me to celebrate. :D

I had a bra fitted today. I am actually 2 cup sizes larger than I thought and it feels great to have a properly fitting bra. Also got my own corset fitted for the first time and the lady in the shop was surprised at how tight I could lace the thing. I feel sort of sexy again.

Thanks.

My face is fine. I'm just insecure about my body.

I might be very far from perfect, but I'm me. Everyone is beautiful unless they make themselves ugly.

Today was a great day because I got 2nd place at my high school track meet in the 1600! My time was a 6:05, which is not my best ever, but I still kept a consistent pace.
