I try to, but I seem to have conditioned myself into altruism. I've been that used to disillusionment and disappointment that I've forgone my needs, wants and desires. I've often been placid, and a 'man of simple pleasures' but it's now difficult to not be over complacent. Especially when whatever my needs, wants and desires are, they seem like the tallest of asks and impossible to fulfill.

sounds like an energy supply thing to me, aka "spoons" - you have a limited amount of spoons [units of energy] so you must, like the rest of us, ration them as best you can, most fairly among all your requirements. mebbe you need to set aside one day per week [at least] of "you" time. :study:

3. I hate my job everyone constantly looks down on me. I think most lawyers and mediators i met think of me as dumb and irresponsible. I May be dumb but i am DEFINITELY not irresponsible. The office i work in does not take their work seriously. They just give me the files of the case one Day before the meeting/court hearing and expect me to know EVERYTHING about the case.

I'm exhausted. I've barely been able to sleep for the last couple of days and I don't want to deal with stuff at work.

Sounds familiar. My work life is similar. Ugh.

I'm hopeful. Work wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, and my meds seem to be working fine. I think things are going to be okay.

It’s partly why I am still bullied even into adulthood.

what i have found is that, after a mouthful of costly metal, you will need to take seriously their recommendation of regular cleanings, avoidance of sticky sweets, rinsing thoroughly with a swishing action, between meals using listerine [nothing dissolves food like alcohol], and flossing.

I make sure to brush my teeth before I get too tired in the evening or else I’ll lack the will and motivation to do it at all.
