-2... had a dentist's appointment and the anesthetics are going to take a few hours to wear off... I have to go again after two months since they missed a spot last time and used this time to fix up that mistake... if they hadn't messed up, I wouldn't have to go again and wouldn't get another bill in two months... it's too bad that it's really difficult to get doctors any consequences for their mistakes in here.

-5 this country's system is so lame and psychopathic in various ways .. Not all but many...enough to break someone's back at least. It needs an overhaul by ASD and humane people.

I'm not looking forward to yet another overseas flight, but I know I'll have a good time when I get there.

Why do those who claim they used to be like me in regards to not being able to have a relationship show so much hostility towards me? If they truly were like me, they should know that treating me badly isn’t going to help me.

psych 101 says that people don't like being reminded of their own failings, so when they see a fellow sufferer like themself, instead of commiserating or offering mutual assistance, they will more often react with hostility to make the reminder go away.

I have a brand new tinnitus noise, on top of pulsatile heartbeats and the high-pitched bees' nest with fax overtones.

^

My new one sounds like water dripping in my left ear. It's a perfectly regular rhythm for about six hours now.

:(

I wish I could hyperventilate on demand.

I've been trying that for hours, and doing the nose-plug thing too.

Pretty soon I'll have a full orchestra in my head.

If they think I will take advice from them or ever see them as friends, they are wrong. If it’s for them to hate me, I hate them as well.

it may just be a cycle, where all parties are projecting from past experiences and perceptions.

it wouldn't hurt to end the cycle and take each day as a clean slate, people addressing each other like that both here and in daily interactions. it's a hard cycle to snap out of otherwise.

i noticed you were sarcastic to people who haven't said anything to you negatively, and that may be coming from somewhere too, but we don't generally take that personally, as everyone has a right to their opinion.

it took me a long time to feel secure in myself, that other people's attitudes didn't affect me as badly- still struggling with it, but improved.

there's a lot of good intent or advice that i have missed, because i feel their anger more strongly and focus on that.
