Better than I did 5 minutes ago, the princess returns from Mars!

So probably like 3.4, up from -1.7

If only I could be on Mars permanently. *dreamy sigh*

... Countless.

All I can say is that I feel my energy is on scale +8. The mood is something else entirely.

-7. I'm missing my dog a lot right now, and not coping with her death very well.

5.

Cycling through depressive and anxiety episodes as well as chronic fatigue.

I've suspected I've had M.E. for years, but my doctors will most likely say it's my Vitamin D deficiency and Diabetes, despite being of healthy weight, exercise, diet and lifestyle.

I don't want to be on anti-depressants again either, and counselling turns to a waste of time as well.

Meh.

So sorry to hear this ... Sending hugs. Can't bear the thought of losing my dog(only one I've ever had and he chose me). The love of a dog is like nothing else!

7 - starting to feel like myself for the first time in weeks. I'm now an empty-nester and starting a whole new chapter in life. Feels soo good to be starting life afresh.

^^^ Sorry you’re feeling so low, David.

7 Was very tired from yesterday, so took it alot easier today. Managed to overcome the agorophobia and do some grocery shopping(haven’t been so affected in a very long time and feels good to be starting to regain what I’d lost).
