3 or 4. Feeling better than yesterday---but still slightly discombobulated. I did get an appointment for my mother's COVID shot, which brings this up closer to 4.

I feel okay right now. I have a headache, but emotionally I'm fine. My dad gets out of jail in a few days though so I have some background anxiety over that.
