Feeling a 2 at the moment.

Hate my boss for destroying what self-esteem I had. Hate having to interract with people at work. Fell out with my wife tonight because of my paranoias and hate myself because of it. No friends outside of my immediate family. Wasn't even anything I wanted to watch on TV. Pretty low night really.

9 The last few times I have jogged with my dog I had alot of energy

4 today. Totally drained but coping. an aquitance has finally been sent to mental hospital where he belongs. My pshycologist friend Sarah is feeling better and not so suicidal which is good.
