I have a lot of anxiety and have been overwhelmed basically since Friday.

Are you feeling better now, Brother H of H?

I have less anxiety, but am still overwhelmed. Thank you for asking!

I care, and I’m sorry I’m so bad at showing it or actually doing/saying anything that might be helpful, it’s entirely due to my social ineptitude and not because I don’t actually care or want you to be happy or anything.

Offering dragon hugs, since it’s really all I know to do.

I've got pizza, I've got beer and I've got thrash, so +10 until I run out of one or more.

+1. Fever went a few hours ago. It might have been from accidentally drinking expired milk the other day.

I also care and if I have ever came off to you as someone who was just the opposite,
then I'm sorry.

6. My mind is still racing despite the recent good news.

-2. I'm still really tired, but I got a bit of better quality sleep last night, and didn't have a bad dream for once.

My apparently now usual -8. I should have just let the cancer take me when I had the chance.

Yesterday was a +10 after an amazing new bench press record, but today flipped 180 into a -10.

I got punched in the eye by a gang in Minneapolis, got knocked out, and suffered a brutal black eye
