I should accept help from others more, along with the things they want to give; maybe, "should've" there in reality. I've hid so much simply because you can't be hurt nor can you hurt others. All the ancillary reasoning stems from that. Learnt that one from a very early age. Autism and continued life events compounded it. Regardless, I'm not hiding from the fear that others made me feel now, and I can handle that emotional upset that comes with normal stuff. Didn't like mentioning a couple of things.

Thank you (truly). (I hope I help you.)

I thought I had dead eyes and a dead heart from it all.

I really just had closed eyes and a distant heart to hide from it all.

I'm sorry.

At a 5, just like my mom and my NT sister.

We are extremely unhappy about Russia invading Ukraine.

-3.

I feel upset today, as though I have upset other people & I don't like feeling that way.

Sometimes my emotions get a bit out of control.

I woke up with a horrible headache today which I still have. Upon waking I had vertigo, and when I got up, the room was spinning & I had to manage my movements to flop back onto my bed, so that I didn't fall onto the floor.

My sleep apnoea machine reading shows that I have had a period of breathing cessation last night, despite wearing my CPAP mask, so I think it is likely the lack of oxygen probably has taken my brain off balance for the day.

Good times.

4. I feel numb. The antibiotics I'm on are making me feel fatigued and difficult to focus on anything. Hopefully only temporary.

Sometimes I think someone might 'get' me. The letdown is hard.

+ 3. Tired as usual, but I have things to be completed today that I have been waiting for already, for a while. So I am upbeat.

Thanks.

My body's always reacted the same to antibiotics. Thankfully, it's only 2 weeks, so I should be in a better physical place by then.

The last time I took antibiotics, I developed an antibiotic resistant superbug.

My doctors' were astonished and could not understand how someone of my age could get a superbug that usually affects older people?

Well, when you have CFS, which is a neuro-immune disorder, you might as well be an older/elderly person, despite a CFS persons chronological age.

Yet they seemed oblivious to this fact. Clearly, a good image for the NHS.

I've often wondered if I have CFS.

Never been properly looked at, and my fatigue is often overshadowed and presumed it's caused by my Type 2 Diabetes.

Similarly stunning Doctors and Nurses, because I'm; of healthy weight, have a good diet, exercise routine and lifestyle.

Could be the constant inexplicable adrenaline and stress?
