I'm sad for how bad you're feeling there, blueroses. I'd attempt to give you words that I think would help, but I know there's none in these situations that really do, and it's those acts of kindness that brighten some of that darkness.

I care, and I'll give you a genuine smile. :)

(Negatives, but I'm alright.)

-5 A relative died recently and left me some money but I'm having to ask my relatives to help fill the claim form in. I feel guilty for causing them stress, especially my dad who is 80. :(

About a 3. I'm tired and lonely and sad. It's one of those days where it's a struggle moving one foot in front of the other.

negatives when one stands on the edge of the abyss and knows what’s at the bottom, in that darkness, and it’s just you there, all of it internalized.

-5

I do suffer in quiet when it comes to just me. Which is how I like it, but in a way, it’s still self-absorbed, so it’s not as altruistic as it looks. Being overwhelmed with it all is just a reason, not an excuse.

Kindness sometimes comes back on me, and I never forget when it does. Not that I think I deserve it. Irrational self-hatred doing its thing.

-5 I feel mentally blind flapping around uselessly screwing up everything I touch due to my diagnosed inattentive type ADHD and self diagnosed aspergers.

My only escape is Guinness and music.

Thanks and hugs back!

Today is better. I'm around a 7. Rest and spirituality have helped.
