2.I am also tired, burnt out and lonely. Feel like sleeping all day.

I'm around a 7. Rest and spirituality have helped.

I agree. I have been at a 7 for most of my day today.

when i was in the army, they taught me one key thing - "never volunteer ANYTHING." wait until specifically and pointedly ASKED first."

-4. I'm still searching for the magic solution to feel whole, to be self knowledgeable, and to be centered in that. I'm jealous of those who own that, but I'm glad they don't have to live this way.

I feel the same way about not disclosing mine to my employer, though since it's not diagnosed I guess I shouldn't bother. Sending hugs to you.

Several abdominal scars are still quite noticeable, and it was pointed out to me because I don't look at myself. Well meaning, but hell gleaming. I don't care about aesthetics, rather it's scarred memories laughing at me through the sympathetic responses. Forever tangible reminders of things that can't be forgotten is superfluously poetic. Medications make me friends again with parasympathetic responses.
