saw someone who said their autism wasn't an excuse and they're right. i used to be horrible and not pay any attention in class because i was so self-pitying, and now I feel like a real failure of an adult because of it. trying to do gcse-level maths again as an adult and just getting angry and frustrated with myself

Things haven't been that bad recently. :| (Meaning, it'll soon no doubt go downhill, won't it Dill?) I'll accept it, as that optimism isn't always a facade, and I'll cherish those good moments internal. Some good weeks with carer stuff. Light is shining from a source eternal.

Didn't get much sleep last night due to abdominal pains. Concentration crap as per usual: ADHD brain fog.
