Headache and sore throat for two days.
I think it's a random virus.

I wish you could see a doctor about your "abdominal tension."

I'm maybe about a 1. My mother now has aides who can take care of her.

That's good.

I don't know what a doctor could do. Prescribe me pain killers? (I'm already taking Ibuprofen when I'm bad, not that it seems to help much..).

6. In and out of coughs and colds.

I've had a few deep depressive episodes over the last few months.

I end up losing motivation and can often spend days simply staring at my four walls.
