It's really hard to say. Things have been getting bad again (which is why I came here in the first place...to maybe meet people in a safe place to feel a sense of belonging.)

I guess today I would say a -1. It wasn't the worst day but my anxiety has been through the roof. I don't know whether my life has been falling apart or it's been coming together.

It depends.


The situation with my mother: -3 (previously -10)
My health: 4 (test results seem fairly OK I think?)
Too much sugar today: -5 (yuck!!)
Relationship stuff: 8
Les Mis next week: 10
