I am challenging my OCD! and winning yay!! !

i wont check my phone a billion times tonight! and i will only wash my hand's 2 times in the morning. 1 after putting my foot cream on and 1 before i eat.

I am also strong in my belief i am right! i am smart and almost always right so i will believe it and ignore people who try to bring me down.

I will ignore my psyco sister!!

I am sober. I have beautiful hazel tiger like eyes. I like my ring and my hearing. I like my face.

I feel good when I get out of myself and listen to someone else.

People tell me that I'm easy to talk to when I become friends with them. Before the friendship blah. haha.

I have some courage and braveness
