You said you were on meds, right. If I were you, I'd be talking to your PCP or Psychiatrist, because your meds aren't working properly. I'd also be talking to a psychologist to see why you're always angry.

I'm such a giant f***-up.

Dinner did not go well. My in-laws gave my husband's fries, but since my husband's cholesterol is in the middle, I didn't like that, because fries are known to give people strokes. I got in a huge argument with my husband and MIL, and it ended with my husband grabbing me as I left the table, assuming I was going to kill myself. At that point, I stupidly screamed "Rape" just so he could let go of me. He also threatened to call the cops at one point. I hate myself now, and now I am questioning my existence again. Seriously, I have absolutely NOTHING to offer. :cry:

If you think that tomorrow is going to be bad, then it will be. If you think that tomorrow is going to be good, then it will be. The power of belief is an amazing thing, and can change your entire perspective. Would you like to hear a story, Witchscat? I used to be incredibly angry and depressed through out the last five or more years of my life, but around the last year or so, something shifted. I began seeing beauty in everything and came to appreciate life and how much I am loved.

don't dwell on bad. don't dwell on tomorrow. dwell on how you're going to count to ten and breathe. dwell on breathing. inhale. exhale. nothing exists but inhale, exhale. do this until you are calm. when you are calm things will make more sense.

Sometimes, though, when someone is really depressed, positive thinking can't change that. For a lot of people their depression isn't something they can control.
