I know how to read and write. Awesome.

I can at times pick up heavy objects despite what my physical form says..

I'm secretly full of sunshine despite having the facial expression of a cold-blooded killer.

I can always find some serenity in a world that is chaotic...

I am thoughtful and fair.

My perception is infallible.

I love my self right now just the way i am. i am a valuable human being and have the same rights as everyone else. including the right to say no when i cant do something due to stress. and that's ok, because i have different strengths then others, and i love that about myself too.

I'm Open Minded and tend to look at things for a perspective that's not black and white!

I think about the feelings of my loved ones, before I talk.

I just try to be human, that's the best I can say at this moment..

1. After years of therapy and training and work, I have social skills - I would give myself a B or B- in that department. I RULE.
2. I'm a decent poet.
3. Despite my father's two-pack habit, I don't smoke.
4. Despite a family history of alcoholism, I don't drink.
5. I am incredibly self-aware.
6. I take romantic disappointments better than most.
7. Speaking of that, I came out pretty non-warped for someone with an abusive father.
8. I have big but plausible dreams and means to reach them.
9. I know how to get help when I need it and I am not ashamed.
10. I make a mean omelette.

I don't give up on hope for myself or others in my life regardless of scenarios etc..

I'm always telling myself I'm still human...

I kick ass at pool despite not having played in 2 years.

I am always trying to be kind despite chaos..
