Excuse me?
Doh!
I normally consider myself to be a fairly uncreative person... I don't make music and I draw extremely poorly (we're talking stick figures here ). There used to be some fairly odd short stories I wrote about the misadventures of a do-gooder made out of Jello, but that was ten years ago and I don't have the stories anymore! Though one of my main focuses right now is learning to dance, which I've been doing for only 3 months. But thanks to the superhuman Aspie focusing skills, I've gotten fairly decent at East Coast Swing/Lindy Hop in that short amount of time, and just started up Hustle. Next month I'll be starting up West Coast Swing as well. I tend to think of dance as at least artistic, if not creative, but not sure how I could convey that over the Internet. It's like having a conversation with another person (the dance partner) about how the music feels, just portrayed in a physical movement form. Very intimately tied to the music itself, but with nuances all of its own!
Are your projects intended to be just for listening, or can they be "interpreted" through dance?

Wow, good question!
I LOVE to dance, I find it one of the most thrilling things to do.
Which is why around 1/2 of this first album is danceable, yes I chop and mess with the rhythym so you can't really dance to each entire track without learning the changes, but more than a few of the tracks are definately dance-able!
In fact, the projects get less dance more thought-based as they go along.
What I tried to do on Atonal the first project, was achieve an album that moves between danceable but intense bits, slower deeper grooves, and little ambient interludes, a journey thats meant to get deeper, and more intricate as it goes along, but simpler in other ways.
Its hard to explain, but anyway, yes quite a bit of it is dance-worthy in my opinion, attempted to create it so I could sit and listen to it, or I could dance and groove to it too.
It takes inspiration from such genres as drum and bass, techno, jazz, rock, ambient, and many others... But I wouldn't put it into any of those.
