I do that already. They spray the perfume specifically because they want to kick me out of the room or trigger an asthma attack.

that is malice, you have a legal leg to stand on in this situation. with the right lawyer you could come out of this situation with a handful of money

I would have a legal leg if I knew their names, if it wasn't the entire school, if we had money for a lawyer, and if anybody else had money to sue for.

when I was in high school sprays were banned and you got in trouble if caught using them because of someone with asthma they also banned anything latex for someone else. get the school board involved.

Alright things do seem hard....but have you tried talking to the doctor about maybe switching to something you wouldn't have to over-use. I can't claim to really know how having asthma attacks or anything like that is. But are you sure there is no sort of solution. Also who follows you and harasses you? any way to avoid these people or get away from them? Uhh wish I was actually helpful but yeah suppose I don't know what I would do in your situation.
