Same goes for my mom. My parents love me. My mother loves me to the point where she refuses to believe there's anything wrong with me. Is anybody else in that situation? She's still convinced I'm going to get married someday.

my parents think it's nothing-they think I'll have a normal life and think nothing is wrong-or refuse to accept it

I know that they both love me, but I don't feel like it. My father is rather distant (well, yeah, he's an aspie too) and his business requires a lot of travel, so I don't see him that often. My mother and I are very different, and she can't understand what I try to tell her.

Kind of. My mother is incapable of loving me yet she is in denial about my AS. Ignores it totally despite my requests for her to acknowledge it. She is completely incapable of understanding why I have the difficulties I do.

my mother understands but I just don't think she grasps it-I don't think she understands how serious of a problem aspergers is-they think it's a little thing that shouldn't stop me from being normal or doing everything like a normie

If my parents loved me they'd leave me the hell alone instead of slowly killing me with their presence.

I don't know if my dad loves me or not. I haven't seen him for years.

And I'm not sure if my mom loves me either. She probably doesn't like me that's for sure. She always complains that I talk like my uncle Robin, which is a family member that probably has an ASD and my mom doesn't like him either. I always make my mother mad about once or twice a week. It doesn't affect me like it used to as it is a common part of my life now.
