Thanks. I'll try that. The father has threatened to kick him out if APS shows up at the house again.

I mean, you and your friend are crazy if you think the parents are going to change. They aren't.

He's never said he will take him to a shelter. Just litteraly kick him out to fend for himself. They are in the middle of nowhere.
