Got my room really cleaned up today, and I managed to read all the material that tomorrow's exam is on, but still feeling like a jerk, still anxious as hell, and still confused / depressed.

6: Couldn't get to my course, but that's no bad thing. It's snowing to buggery outside. I asked a girl out there yesterday - the first time I've asked anyone out. She turned me down. To be honest, I don't care. It's another step towards happiness. :)

1. Now my appetite is on the wane, again. I can only eat up to 1100 calories a day, without feeling gross. I make an effort to reat at least 1000 calories. I don't have any idea as to what the cause is. I might have to revert to Slim-Fast in order to get in a proper amount of calories. I can't stoamch food the way that I used to. I apologize to a certain member.

hey cockneyrebel, i thought you werent counting caleries anymore, them calerie counting diets dont work well because the better diets use glycemic index such as nutrisystems it takes time to lose the weight not a few days,

weightwatchers and slimfast and atkins arent really the best to go on since they see carbs =bad

same for sugarbusters, tehy think sweet or sugers (natrual and artificial) as bad

sorry if this post sounds a bit restricting but getting the right amounts of food and eating right portions of food helps

5 I'm going to sit on the fence at the moment. I've got a meeting this afternoon which is always a bit hit and miss. I could come out smelling of roses :) or I could end up in it up to my neck  . I can just never tell - well, keeps me on my toes.

Survived that meeting and another one today, so I think a healthy 8 at the moment :)

Don't worry. You don't sound restricting, at all. I'm not apologizing to you. My emotions play games with me around this time, every month, whether I'm having my period, or not. :)
