Calmed down a bit but still very hurt and confused and I keep getting these painful lumps under my armpits the last few weeks.

Have you changed deoderants in the past few weeks? If so, it's possible that you're having an allergic reaction to it.

If you don't want to talk about it, then that's ok. But, you kind of upset me a little bit. I mean, I'm just trying to be the friend that I have tried to be IRL, but I could never go past the point of approaching people. I'm also upset that I even butted into conversations like this where I'm never really any help. Some therapist I will turn out to be. :(

You shouldn't feel this way in your Birthday
Just let me tell you that you are an amazing person and that you have a lot of friends here.
I think I know what is the thing you say that no one understands, but I am not sure of it though.
