My EMDR appointment was originally scheduled for tomorrow, but my husband's appointment to get his meds changed is apparently more important. He has NO F**KING CLUE about all the hell I have been through, and I still haven't gotten my f**king period yet. The flashbacks were so bad, I had to scream into a bean bag chair so I wouldn't harm myself. I am getting VERY close to the point where I seriously want to do that and gouge my eyes out because most memories are seen!
