5. Lots of work. No sleep.
I am a fool. An old one.

Life is a fool

Pain

Sometimes...our perception of people can easily be unknowingly persuaded by our current predicament and the pain that we’re feeling.... If someone were to say that to you (directly, indirectly or whatever), they're not worth speaking of or to....

No one should want that of you. And if they did theen they wouldn't be worth caring about anyway, Cockney. You are fine how you are.

I still have a really sniffly nose.
Some guy came round to sort out my computer from the DSA people, and he messed it up and now it's broken. So I have to sue the one downstairs, until tomorrow at least. Pain in the ass.

-3. In my book, a -5 would be contemplating suicide, a -10 would be committing it. Right now, I feel like s**t, but I think I'll just wait it out.

I thank both of you for your words of encouragement.

I'll only go to her place to walk my dog, three times a week. 20 minutes with my dog and five minutes with her. I'll only lose 20 lbs untill I get to 200 lbs and than maintain. The 20 pounds will be for me. Anything more would be for my mum and that would be wrong, if that's the case.

Reasonably joyful, but suffering a little from the continuing hot weather and the thought that I can afford to live on little more than toast until the weekend.
