-8. I haven't felt better than -3 in about 2 weeks now. All I can think about is suicide.

5. Watched a fascinating documentary on gelato last night, and FX randomly showed an episode of Nip/Tuck Season 2 for no apparent reason.

One of my dearest friends died today at 1am. I was going to meet her tomorrow for a drink at lunch, the last time we'd see each other for 3 years... she was going to Australia for a while. Guess I'll go play both sides of a pool game, and let yellow win - she always played as yellow.

Actually, stuff the -9. I may not be a fan of using the extremes of the scale, but I'm going for a full-blown -10.
Definately a -10. I'm crumbling, and I dunno who to turn to. Life is one big s**t.

7.
Been a lot more social as have an older male friend who I now spend a lot of time with. I feel secure with him and it is great to have someone I can go spend time with and watch films with and talk about interests with without fear of anything else having to happen. It is good to have a good friend again. We spent sat and sunday night at his place just watching stuff and talking.

Money is an issue right now tho and not sure I will be able to pay all my rent as been buying too many clothes.

I am very sorry for your loss. I know it is to be hard, but I hope you can find a way to overcome your loss. :(

-10 I feel terrible
I thought a friend was ignoring me
when she wasn't
I was so caught up in my own bitching and thinking everyone hated me I lost a wonderful friend
 I feel so bad...
I've become what I hated
I don't even know what to do anymore
to say
I just feel awful
I'm a bad person

If everyone that made a mistake was a bad person, then the world would be filled with bad people. Wait a second...

Thought crime is BS. I've thought all sorts of despicable things, but it doesn't make me a bad person. You aren't a bad person because of what you think, you are a bad person if you act on the things that you think that, if acted upon, would be bad. Even then, there is the great qualm about whether a person who commits bad acts is bad, or whether it is merely the acts that are bad, and whether the act itself can even be bad at all seeing as it is just an object. It's all greatly confusing, but if my opinion counts for anything, I don't think you're bad.
