I really feel like I'm being trolled at this point.
No. I’m acknowledging that I read your words and responded to them with an affirmative; I comprehend that you don’t believe me. This isn’t rocket surgery stuff to decifer, no secret decoder ring required.

I'm not sure what causes you to decipher me saying I believe you as me saying I don't believe you.

Because you discount & minimize what I've told you with phrases like "I believe you believe," and "imagine is real," and "treats certain aspects of," etc which all indicate that you don't believe what I'm telling you.
What I've been telling you for the last ~5 years is:
The textbook symptoms between these pages
are treatable via the medicine, supplements, and process I've shared.

So then you are actually the one who is calling someone (me) a liar.

Btw speaking of doctors, why not have whoever diagnosed you with autism evaluate you? That way you can provide a clinical before and after example. My being reevaluated resulted in my diagnosis being changed from level 3 to level 2.

The Goldfish method has a very small sample size, where I believe n=1 Goldfish. So it is undetermined what the effect would be on others.
I think that using the Goldfish method would likely show some changes on a neurological level. The large variety of gut issues reported by autistics, from none to highly sensitive, show to me that proscribed effectiveness for all are far from conclusive. Another issue is that trials I have read, do not usually take into account co-morbid conditions and have a standardized severity of autism.

We've been over that, too. Dead horse.
Does Goldfish’s plan work for those folks, too?
How could they know if they don't try it?

No one will know for themselves until they try it.

For me, as a parent of an autistic child, looking to the future I think: well... so there is autism.... I'm ok with that. I want to minimise the challenges we can actually influence. I want to work on my child's executive functioning, I want to work on her ability to take calculated risks and feel confident doing so, I want to work on her independence. I will give those things more thought with her than with her NT sister. Because, autism is one thing, all the extra baggage that can come without the right support and opportunities is something else entirely.

No we have not. You have me mixed up with others you've talked to / debated with. You think you and I have some years long history together and we don't.
I did some brief researching. Seems you diagnosed yourself and joined WP, then a relatively short time later you came up with a remedy for yourself.

Seems you can read & recall information after all.

Yeah I can read and recall info I looked up today. And I think you still have me mixed up with others, which explains several statements you've made to me personally that haven't made much sense.
btw fwiw I've mentioned many times on WP that my parents have tried various dietary approaches on me. So I asked my mom more about it today and she said they tried probiotics and didn't notice any changes. And those two, especially my mom, operate like clinitions.

And in what way did you try probiotics?
My guess is that you didn't go through a several months long digestive tract cleansing diet & protocol in order to get rid of anything that shouldn't be there & will likely kill off any probiotics you consume, first. My guess is that you also only took them orally vs. rectally.
I'm far from the only human that's experienced relief of ASD symptoms via probiotics. There was an episode of "The Nature of Things," iirc, that was about this & some mother telling the world how overdosing on probiotics was the only thing that helped her Autistic son function higher and that they had pinpointed one particular strain of bacteria that they felt was the culprit in increasing symptoms.
Here it is:
The Autism Enigma is the name of the documentary:

IMO, the reason they have to OD as much as they do on probiotics is because of whatever intestinal growths are there killing them off as fast as they're consumed. But ingesting tons of probiotics is certainly better than not doing so at all.

I didn't try probiotics, I had them administered to me by my parents, who have done many more years of research than you.

Time spent does not equate to results. Somehow I doubt they’ve researched and learned what I have about probiotics and how to administer them. They’re welcome to read anything I’ve written and I’d be more than happy to discuss it with them.

I don't have any doubts regarding how thorough my mom is in performing research.
