Wow, total train wreck of a thread; love it.

OP, Dude, a lot of people on here have been treated badly and are trying to recover from it. Sometimes they are angry, sometimes helpful, but you gotta not take it so personally.
What I am hearing from you is that because of your past trauma you are easily pained by perceived attacks. If this is correct, I feel your pain. Things cut me like a knife all the time. Fortunately I am taking a lot of meds so everything is pretty numb.

It sounds like your Mum has really helped you a lot and is very supportive. My Mom is the same and when I was your age we were like two peas in a pod. Now she is older and less aware and I have to reconcile myself to the fact that she will be gone soon. I don't know what the world will be like without her.

I am too old for anime, but you can PM me if you want.

Did you know that "Speed Racer," with the Mach 5, is anime?

I didn't know that until recently.

I have no idea what has happened in the whole post and tbh haven't read it.

I'm from the UK and 22 and am in love with Japanese culture and anime (mostly adventure and shojo). I also dabble in photography and photoshop (I actually am on deviant art aswell). I'm always happy to meet and talk to new people :D

I'm surprised that people think it's difficult to find people who like anime in our age group. Most of my friends enjoy anime but then again we are all a bit geeky hehehe
