Talked to a close friend, it really helped my mood and gave me some clarity. Also dug up a new theme for profile.

Mixed bag.

-5, I had a bad panic attack in a shop yesterday and looked like a complete idiot. Plus, just feeling generally depressed.

Been beating myself all day, everytime I see myself in a mirror, I end up throwing things and punching the living daylights out of myelf for I hate myself so much. I am too fat for a start. Repulsive. I hit so hard, I now feel totally confused in the head and drained and nauseous. And somehow I have to get to London tomorrow. I dont want to go anymore. I dont want to see anyone or anyone to see me. I dont deserve anything.

i wish the holidays were over, have done a lot of nice things, have seen a lot of nice people,
but the unpredictability is a heavy weight,
i long for the regular days (not that my life is ever very regular, but now it's just too much to keep on going like this, don't even know what day it is )

I feel like no one likes me. Actually, it's even worse than that. I feel like no one notices me, that I'm completely unimportant and inconsequential to people. I have one real friend now and although I'm grateful to have such a great friend in her, she doesn't work with me anymore and I don't get to see her that often. I feel like everyone else around me either doesn't like me or could care less if I disappeared off the face of the earth. It's not that I'm one of those people who never talks either. Maybe that's my problem and I should just stop even trying...

Me and Rachel had a good time, though the fact I don't have much longer till my senior year starts is wearing on me.
