7. I am strangely content.

10. I've cleaned my bathroom, had dinner and hemmed my jeans. Now I'm ready for bed. Goodnight.

Bizarrely I'm up at a 9 at the minute. I'm just letting my irritating boss vent about things that are completely outside of my control, and just not worrying about it. At the end of the day, I know I'm right, he's wrong and he's the one making a fool of himself

Still have a headache (since last week, though tylenol helps), antibiotics causing other side-effects, questioning a lot of things.

Guess it is better than last night, got close to being violent and I couldn't come up with a reason.

3, because i should be at work right now but i havent been for 2 days.

on top of everything else, today is one of those days where I feel like I'm actually losing my mind, and unless I fight that I'll just end up over the edge.

That's real helpful when I should be studying for an exam tomorrow...

2. The other day someone who I thought understood me made fun of an aspect of my AS. Usually when something like this happens my instinct would be to retreat inside my shell. But I am not going to be ashamed of who and how I am. This is how I am and if someone doesn't like it, well that's just too bad.

About a four, I'm quite tired (but can't sleep), and that's dragging my mood down quite a bit.

9 The weather is nice outside. The animals have all been walked and feed and I'm going to visit my sisters family today.

Bit up and down today. Started off at a 2 when I got into work and found eight micro-managing e-mails in my In Box . This lunchtime though, I've been really enjoying browsing WP, so I feel back up to 7 or 8 now
