I'm not sure what i am feeling about the pandemic. I wish the people around me like my parents and extended family stay safe but i don't care about myself. If my parents werent around would i wish to be dead? I don't know i am just a useless piece of s**t.

At this point I'm convinced she just hates disabled people or she's mentally disabled herself.

Best to ignore.

-2. I get why video chatting has increased in recent times, but my social anxiety is so bad with video calls I can't join in, causing me to be lonely and more isolated than usual. It was easier talking to people in person somehow. Can't talk to anyone about this anxiety in fear of being judged of being scared to video chat.

I'm so very p'ed off right now, those a'holes caused all this crap and their main concern was the bloody foolish delusional bs of face. Appearances, social standing, christ.

Everywhere, so many people are dying and it's still only taking hold in developing countries... and they wouldn't be so screwed now if they hadn't been repeatedly pillaged and plundered and then have their own do worse than the masters they learned from.
3 ventilators in a whole country, ffs.
That poor woman, where is she, cremated? She dodged contracting it, she had wee children, I read that interview, her thoughts, reflections, her humanity, just gone like that, and it wasnt even this bloody virus that got her.
It's worth paying more for goods from ethical sources.

My stupid government. All they care for is concentrating more power in their hands.
If they proceed to make this remote caricature of elections on May, there will be skirmishes added to the epidemics.

Haha I understand that feeling of second-guessing yourself

It gives me relief and reassurance every time I read it.

The internet is really trying my patience lately.

I get an image sent from someone via text and for some weird reason I have to go to the EE website to see the image. I get sent a password via text message by EE to use, so I write the password down and tap the (secured) link also in the text with the password. It asks me to type in my mobile number so I do it correctly, then put the password in correctly exactly how it was written on the text. Then when I press continue it says "phone number or password is incorrect". What the f**k? I want to see this image!

Nothing's straight forward on the internet. I want our prescriptions delivered to us so that we don't have to keep driving out to pick them up, so we go online and enter all the correct information about us and our doctors surgery and anything else it asks. Then after all that it tells us that it doesn't recognise our doctors surgery even though we entered the EXACT address and postcode correctly.

Why does the internet have to be this complicated? It's too precise, and if you don't happen to have the precise information it wants, it won't let you continue and you are helpless. The help and support on sites is never helpful, and all it is is passwords, usernames, codes, etc, and we have loads of pieces of paper everywhere with passwords and usernames written on.
Life was so much simple back in the day before the internet became essential. All I like to use the internet for is browsing and social media, but during this everlasting lockdown everything has to be done the long, hard way, which is online.

And I'm not even going to go into the times when the internet decides to keep disconnecting itself when I'm trying to FaceTime my family.

Bloody woman upstairs. Fancy living in an apartment below a person who is an insomniac and a compulsive cleaner. We can tell exactly what she is doing by the sound of her feet toing and froing above us every day, and now that she's self-isolating we hear her every minute of the day. She vacuums her apartment about twice a day, pulling out furniture so that she can get into every corner. We can hear the vacuum rumbling across the floor above us and it is so irritating! I don't think she has carpets in her apartment either. And each time she goes in or out of each room she slams the door behind her, and she produces other bangs that makes us jump.

But what can one do in a situation like this? You can't tell her not to move about in her own home, can you? You can't make her feel afraid to move around too much in her own home. I just wish we lived below someone who was a bit less active and didn't have sleep deficits. If I can't sleep at night I don't start doing housework at 2am. I do a quiet activity like reading a magazine, watching TV quietly, surfing the internet, and any other activity that is more appropriate to do at night.

All dad does is moan. He has a guitar, he has books, he has floor space. And he's 'bored'...

Stop telling me you're bored & go do something other than watch TV. Or at least stick on Netflix not the news 24/7.

I just want to be safe in Jeddah where things were nicer with family
The extended family here are just token family they dont actually do anything bsides ask once in a while how you are.. The ones in Jeddah had better hearts. Even though the ones here originally were in Jeddah n Riyadh they act so distant

^Culture difference i imagine. I often hear this from people i know who immigrated to the west, that they feel lonely. Middle east countries seem more social in general compared to western countries.
