I'm on a 3, but climbing. The student from hell returned from a long term trip recently. I didn't know until today, but should have guessed from the amount of cr*p I've been getting off my boss for the last couple of weeks. The student is the world's worst complainer and my boss is the world's worst panderer :x

However, the weekend beckons again :) and if I keep my head down, I might possibly avoid any further annoyances today.

Depends on what is the worse you feel could be a 1 and the best you ever felt could be a 10. I'm upset and sad. I will make 3 will be the worst I'm feeling.

1.

Really down right now, not sure of anything.

Fortunately, I have a plan. Having the guy crashing on my couch drive me to a Mexican restaurant in a bit, going to meet up with another guy. Then I'm going to proceed to drink margaritas and pina coladas like it is my job. Then I shall have the "couch guy" drive me back to my apartment, and then I shall watch anime and chain-smoke cigs. If that doesn't improve my mood...well...not much will.

You know, not for nothing, but nicotine is a stimulant, and alcohol is a depressant and causes anxiety, which we fuel with more alcohol.

Your mood and health would improve if you considered giving up one or the other or both.

Talking from experience (I was a two pack a day smoker and heavy drinker for years), I hope my AS daughter never picks up either substance.

7: Not feeling too bad, actually. Went out and had a few pints earlier. Come back, have had a lovely tea and might very well watch a film in a bit. :)

I hope you feel better soon!

6. Content. It's Friday night, which means school is out for the next two days.

I'm aware of the long-term issues, and even the somewhat short-term ones. Right now I'm going for the immediate short term, today. I'm not elaborating on my reasons, as I really don't have any wish to go into detail on them. Let's just say I could use the standard response around here of "An NT hurt me."

Last time that happened, I went on a five day bender, got a tattoo, and was fine with the situation. That's my talking from experience.

I don't want to talk about it.

Thanks for asking, though.

2- I am in emotional pain, which is nothing new, due to losing all hope of any chance with the AS man I have felt love for for almost 9 months. Too long and absurd a story to relate. I should have known better than to get obsessed again. Only, it is far more than just obsession this time. :(
