I am very mopey right now because I did not go to the picnic because my mom was being mopey on Richter 9.9 and was faking a headache so I missed out on free food until next fall.
As of now, I need to study for Algebra, Lit/Comp, and Chemistry over the weekend.

I am starting to think that it was a mistake to major in geology.

Tim

Why?

I did terribly on a quiz last week. My instructor only gave everyone 2 days notice, and I had three other classes to study for, and I could not study everything in such a short amount of time.

Worse yet, my lab session is on Monday nights and everything got thrown off because of the Labor Day holiday.

And every Monday, there is a pre-lab assignment, and I had to study for three other classes as well, and I couldn't get everything done in a timely manner. And my pre-lab assignment is late, and my instructor does not accept late work.

On the quiz, there were some things that were on there that I was supposed to have learned in Chemistry 1, but I took Chemistry 1 at another college and they didn't teach me the material in question. So I am being cheated out of a good grade because I took Chem 1 at another institution.

I contacted the Disability Support Services at my college to see if they can help me.

Tim

:(

Sorry.

Last night my landlord threatened to evict me for something I didn't do. . . and even if I had done it, I'm pretty sure it would be illegal to evict me for it. Smudging, if you wanted to know.

At this point, it seems almost welcome. . . at least going before a judge I could interact with someone who showed some reason. . . hopefully. . . and respect for law and contract, please, God. . . .

I'm so f*****g tired of them being over every day and telling me how I ought to live; where I can keep my books, that I can't leave clothes out to dry in the bathroom, that my houseplants can't be in the hallway. . . tired of having to look up everything, and let them know what is and isn't in the fire code or the fair housing act. . . it's one of those days when I feel in my bones an inverse yoga prayer; I hate all people everywhere. And I wish nonexistence upon all people everywhere. . . . and with this a sense of wishing I did not have to exist. . . It makes me not want to eat.

f**k them all.

Got a few new CDs...the first is crap thus far...trust me to buy before trying  But the second is The Fray, so I know I will like that.

That album is really good for winding down to. I've fallen asleep many a time to that album.. it's soothing. And I don't get soothed by much.

weird a$$ day....

started out as a 2! got up late, got to work late, still my AD's are late in the mail, off of them for 2 days now (1 week since my dosage was doubled!)
stayed a 3 at work, because work sucks.
went up to a 7 because a casual friend gave me a pre-release movie ticket for "Across The Universe"! !! ! OMG that movie is incredible. I love it!! !! here's a link to the site!!

Then it shot down to a 2 because when I got home after the movie, my AD's STILL weren't in! And my Supergirl Ana wasn't online either! GGRRRRR....

So I dyed my hair red

I hope things get better for you soon. You're always one of the nicest members here. I'm convinced that women only date the jackasses, never the nice guys. If you can't get a date, I rest my case.

Take that away and it's 7 so - 7 I hope to feel for the day. :D

It's cloudy and gray today and I don't care! It all looks beautiful to me. Will it all vanish now? Such has my life been... so when a moment of bliss comes along... it's hard to believe that reality will permit it to tarry in my cupped hands, much less to make a lasting abode within me. I do not mind so much, that the future is chaotic neutral. Unlike Sisyphus, as I roll the stone back one more time, I have the hope of that stone transforming.

Quote:
Should Disappointment, parent of Despair,
Strive for her son to seize my careless heart;
When, like a cloud, he sits upon the air,
Preparing on his spell-bound prey to dart:
Chase him away, sweet Hope, with visage bright,
And fright him as the morning frightens night!

~ From "To Hope"
by John Keats
