I'm absolutely massively determined to get out of this state and live and f****** life.

No one can hold me back from my decisions, and I believe this is a decision that could go very well. Life cannot stop me.

Then you show that you're determined to improve things. With that amount of determination, you should be hopeful that it goes well. Maybe not all-out optimistic, but if you want to change things for the better, and you've set your mind to it, there is hope still.

Must sort out seeing shrink to see just what is causing my sensory issues, long term obsessions, clumsiness, face remembering issues etc, as the fact I score ok on the mind in eyes test has got me in a right slump in terms of having believed I had found the solution to my lifelong issues socialising.
