I felt like crap, but I had also not done my cardio (treadmill walking) for about a week because I was sick. So, even though I felt like crap all day yesterday, after I finally got back in there and did 200 calories of fast walking, I was literally leaping around my apartment when I got home! It's like that kind of exercise starts some kind of energy chain reaction within me. I don't try to have energy or be happy, I just start buzzing with energy, smiling, and bouncing off the walls! As a mood booster, I recommend 20 minutes of fast walking for everyone who's able.
